Are you in the swimming pool industry and looking for a change? Do you consider the drought in California and other parts of the country to be a big issue? In California, El Nino pretty much came and went and it looks like the drought conditions are here to stay! At Pure Water Industries, we have been filtering swimming pool water using the Puripool Process for the past seven years. During that time we decided to start building these mobile filtration trailers for those individuals looking to add this great water-saving technology to their existing business. A little over two years ago we built our first trailer for one of our service providers and have since built seventeen more that are currently servicing swimming pools in California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas.
Some of the benefits of using the Puripool Process include:
- Water Conservation – Saving a precious, and limited, resource
- Less Chemical Demand and greater equipment reliability (less hard water build up)
- No Down Time – Pool can remain open during treatment
- The liner is not exposed or compromised
- Soft-water swimming experience
Our Puripool Process lowers or removes:
- Calcium Hardness
- Cyanuric Acid
- Total Dissolved Solids
- Bacteria and Viruses
The mobile filtration trailer that we sell is 16′ long, tandem axle with trailer brakes and weighs 6,000 pounds empty. It comes with a P-TP Series/40K Series Reverse Osmosis System, a PE-20 Kv Turbo Diesel Generator, 480V, 3 Phase Generator, a 110 volt interior convenience outlet, black rubber coin flooring, a 30 gallon injection tank for anti-scalent and sodium meta-bisulfite, various booster pumps and an automation package, as well as, remote texting for startup and shutdown.
The automation package is key because these mobile filtration trailers are on job sites for a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum time of several days depending on the size of the swimming pool and initial chemistry. With our automation package, you have the ability with your cell phone, tablet or iPad to see the control panel on the RO system working in real time. That way you can increase pressures, change settings or shut the system down even when you’re not in the trailer! It’s also wired to text your cell phone if there is a problem on site or when the filtration is complete!
The bottom line is, we have designed a product that is ready to go for you and your business. It’s a service provider model and not a franchise so there are no royalty payments or territory restrictions.
